At Homart Furniture, we are committed to providing furniture that is built to last. With proper care and maintenance, your sofa can remain a comfortable and lasting part of your home for years to come.
Register Your Order for Added Benefits
By registering your order, you can activate your warranty service and select one of the following options:
- Receive an additional 6 months of warranty coverage, or
- Choose a complimentary gift (such as replacement covers, a throw pillow, or a fabric care tool, subject to availability)
Our warranty covers verified manufacturing or workmanship defects for up to five years, depending on the component, starting from the delivery date of your order.
Warranty Details:
- 5 Years – Wooden Frame & Modular Connectors
- 1 Year – Seat Cushions & Upholstery
This warranty applies only to products used under normal residential conditions. Any modifications or alterations will void the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, environmental factors (such as water or fire), or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Please note that natural materials like solid wood and leather have inherent variations in grain and texture, making each piece unique. Over time, minor changes such as slight warping or small cracks may occur as part of the material’s natural behavior and do not affect structural integrity. Lack of proper care according to our guidelines will void warranty coverage for these materials.
In addition, fading, pilling, staining, cushion softening, and general wear from regular use are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to resale items, second-hand purchases, clearance items, or display models. Products used in commercial settings are also excluded unless specifically labeled for commercial use.
